- Digital Canvas: Use the large interactive canvas to brainstorm, organize ideas, and visualize concepts. Your Canvas expands up to 20x the surface area of your physical touchscreen and includes grid lines to show you how zoomed in/out you are. You can navigate your Canvas with the Canvas Map in the upper corner (tap to jump to a different area of the Canvas).
- Annotation + Whiteboarding: Collaborate in real-time by marking up content and creating digital whiteboards.
- Device Mirroring: Share screens from laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Media Sharing: Display files (videos, images, and PDFs) directly on the ThinkHub canvas.
- Live Web-browsers: Access live web content to view dashboards, Office 365 documents, video feeds, and more side-by-side for real-time comparisons.
Best Practices
- Plan Ahead: Create an agenda and prepare content before meetings to maximize efficiency.
- Include VC + Canvas information on Meeting Invitations: When sending meeting invitations:
- Include the VC information (Zoom/Teams/etc) and the ThinkHub Room. This enables easy access for ThinkHub to join meetings using the one-touch join button.
- When including a ThinkHub Cloud Canvas, include the Canvas link in the invitation for participants to easily access and collaborate on the Canvas during the meeting.
- Engage Participants: Encourage active participation by inviting everyone to contribute ideas. Remote team members can use the T1V app to contribute.
- Stay Organized: Use ThinkHub's organization tools to categorize and group content logically.
- Save your work: Save your Canvas to return to at your next meeting and download relevant files from ThinkHub.
Advanced Tips
- Custom Templates: Create and save custom templates for recurring meetings or specific workflows. Check out our downloadable ThinkHub templates here.
- Advanced Settings: Explore your T1V app settings to customize your app to your preferences. We recommend updating your User ID to reflect your name so your colleagues can identify you when you are screensharing to ThinkHub.
